From Vancouver to Toronto, sakura trees gifted numerous years ago from Japan dot our beautiful landscape for park goers and botanical hobbyists alike to enjoy year after year. Since yours truly hails from Toronto, this light and sweet, fruity floral green tea and oolong fusion is a nod to one of Deb's favourite spots, High Park! Known for the city's biggest display of cherry blossom trees, High Park is one of several places to be to catch the flowering spectacle during the spring. And combined with watermelon which we happen to grow quite abundantly here in Ontario...well, it doesn't get any more local and sweeter than that.
