Orange Creamsicle Mousse (Rooibos Tea)

Bring on the luscious creamy desserts!  Oranges and cream might just be one of the most scrumptious things ever.  Enter a creamsicle mousse with an island vibe - tea style!  This caffeine-free blend of rooibos, vanilla, oranges, lemongrass, and creamy coconut steeps like a dream, and is best enjoyed cold or iced. 

Steep it long and hot and strain over ice, steep it long and hot and simply allow it to cool, or try the cold-brew method (place 2 teaspoons of tea in 2 cups cold filtered water in a pitcher, chill in fridge for 8 to 12 hours/overnight, and strain to serve).  I personally just allow it to cool and it is HEAVENLY.  

**Having this one cold allows all the gorgeous nuances of the lemongrass and creaminess to come out stronger, so while hot is great, cold is BETTER!**
