Blackberry Lavender Clafoutis (Rooibos Tea)


Blackberry and blackcurrant make its Dessert by Deb debut in this classic French dessert: a French cake shoppe and patisserie isn't complete without a dash of dark, juicy, and sweet cassis!  And if we're in Paris, what better pairing than with lavender for a rich, floral and fruity rooibos blend reminiscent of the classic, baked French dessert.  We just want to stay in a lavender haze, non?

Ingredients: Rooibos, Natural Cassis Flavour, Elderberries*, Blueberry & Blackcurrant Pieces, Lavender*, Toasted Coconut*, Calendula Petals*, Mallow Petals (* = certified organic)

Handcrafted in Toronto, Canada.

Steeping instructions: 2 tea spoons at 212F for 4-6 mins *enjoy me with milk/as a latte!*
